Q. How do I order from you?
If you would like to go to our shop and order online, there is a series of questions for you to fill out and on receipt of this, we will contact you with a confirmation that we have received your order and the creation process will begin.
Q. How do I make payment?
You payment is made through Paypal, which is safe and secure via our online shop for which you do not need a paypal account and can use your card, we never see your bank details or through stripe via our Folksy shop.
Q. What happens during the creation process?
Once I have received enough information, I will start to create your designs and send you photos throughout the creation process, so you can check to ensure they are going as expected.
Q. What happens if I don't like my toppers?
Before your toppers are posted, we will send over a confirmation photo and any changes you require can be made before sent out to you, but we guarantee you will love them.
Q. What are your return policies?
Personalised items: We do not usually accept returns for personalised items and any discrepancies would be seen in the photos we send before posting.
Damaged: If your item is personalised and received damaged, you can either return the item for repair free of charge or receive a full refund on return of the product.
Non personalised items: We have a 14 day return and refund policy.
Damaged: Immediate refund on receipt of returned product.
Q. How long will I have to wait for my refund?
Once the item is back with us, we will refund immediately through the same as the method of payment.
